How to hire an international coop student in Canada?  

  • Co-op specific Work Permit and Study Permit Requirements: 

 International students in Canada typically require a co-op work permit and a study permit to participate in co-op programs. Ensure the validity of the documents 

  • Offer and Acceptance: 

Once you’ve selected a co-op student, extend a formal offer letter outlining the terms of the co-op position, including the start and end dates, compensation (if any), and other relevant details. Ensure that the start and end dates are within the period of their coop work permit.
